News Release

April 13, 2021

Incidents:

1.  Theft – Victim reported flashlights were stolen out of his vehicle in the 100 block of Irwin St on 04-12-21 between 2:00 AM – 7:00 AM. 

Arrests:

1.   Charges are being filed against Eric Condo, 32, Lock Haven, for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.  On 02-26-21, Condo yelled sexual comments at his neighbor. 

2.  Daquane Armstrong, 24, Washington DC, was cited with Retail Theft after taking an item from Main Smoke and Vape without paying for it on 04-11-21.
