News Release

April 12, 2022

Incidents:

1.  Hit and Run – On 04-01-22 between 0800-1100, a vehicle was struck in the 200 block of Susquehanna Ave causing damage to the vehicle’s mirror. 

Arrests:

1.  Dacota Clarke, 35, Avis, is being charged with Defiant Trespass.  On 03-27-22, Clarke was on a property in the 400 block of Linden St from which he was trespassed from by the owner. 

2.  Alma Perez Mercado, 62, Lock Haven, and Melissa Walker, 38, Lock Haven, have both been charged with Retail Theft for taking items without paying for the from Weis Markets. 

3.  Chelsey Golden, 29, Williamsport, is being charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  On 03-28-22, LHPD officers responded to the Best Western at the request of Lycoming County Probation.  Probation had done a home check on Golden and found drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine in her room.  A one-year-old child was also in the room.
