Arrests:

1.  Bobbie Mincer, 35, Lock Haven, was charged with Intercept Communications (F3) and Disclose Intercepted Communications (F3) for recording a private meeting in the Clinton County Courthouse without the knowledge of others in the meeting.  The incident occurred on 07-14-21.      

2.  Charles Woodrow James, 59, Lock Haven, was charged with Retail Theft (F3) for taking a bottle of Jack Daniels from Fine Wine and Good Spirits without paying for the alcohol on 09-15-21.
