Arrests:

1.  On 09-01-21, LHPD received a call about a vehicle driving very slowly with the hazard lights on.  Officers found the vehicle stopped and found Steven Yocum, 61, Lock Haven, slumped over in a vehicle with the vehicle running.  Yocum was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.  Yocum was charged with Unauthorized Use of Automobiles and Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. 

2.  Brain Grimes, 55, Lock Haven, was arrested for a PFA violation after making a Facebook post about the plaintiff in the PFA.

3.  John Chambliss, 48 Beech Creek, was arrested for a PFA violation after having third party contact with the plaintiff in the PFA.
