News Release

September 2, 2021

Incidents:

1.  Criminal Mischief – On 09-01-21, it was reported that two “Little Red Libraires” were damaged in the City.

2.  Crash – On 09-01-21 at 3:34 PM, a crash occurred at E Main St and Jay St.  Teilo Wagner was traveling north on Jay St, turned left onto E Main St, and lost control of his vehicle on a wet roadway striking a parked car. 

3.  Crash – On 09-01-21 at 4:39 PM, a crash occurred at E Church St and Vesper St.  Edward Mendez was operating a vehicle in the right lane on E Church St and turned left onto Vesper St causing a crash with a vehicle traveling in the left lane of E Church St. 

Arrests:

1.  On 07-31-21, Steven Yocum, 61, Lock Haven, was stopped for a traffic violation.  Yocum was found to be DUI and in possession of Marijuana.  Yocum was charged with DUI, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, and Turning Movements & Required Signals.
