Arrests:

1.  Donald Eugene Fisher Jr, 44, Lock Haven, was arrested for Criminal Attempt – Criminal Trespass, Criminal Trespass, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Resisting Arrest, and Possession with Intent to Delivery a Controlled Substance.  On 09-24-21, Fisher attempted to enter a residence and was unable to do so.  Fisher then walked into a different residence on Youngs Ave and sat on the couch claiming he was waiting for a ride and hiding from parole. The resident didn’t know Fisher. Fisher was apprehended a short distance away and resisted arrest.  Fisher was found in possession of bath salts. 

2.  Lindsey Marie Bliss, 36, Jersey Shore, is being charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  On 10-03-21, Bliss was in possession of a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine while in a parking lot in the 300 block of E Park St. 

3.  Kailah Breann Ross, 21, Lock Haven, is being charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution.  On 10-11-21, Ross was found to be harboring a fugitive in her residence knowing that the person was wanted.
