Incidents:
1. Found Property – On 10-09-22, two bicycles were found in the 300 block of W Church St. The owner(s) may claim them at City Hall.
Offenses Charged:
1. Nathan Bilbay, 20, Avis, has been charged with a PFA violation. Bilbay, while in the Clinton County Correctional Facility, had contact with a third party attempting to get that person to tell the plaintiff in the PFA to drop the PFA and not show up for court.
2. Brain Kruse, 40, Lock Haven, has been charged with Retail Theft and Theft. Kruse, while working at Lucky 7 Travel Plaza, stole lottery tickets from the store and then cashed in the winning tickets.
3. Robin Craig Allen Jr, 39, Castanea, has been charged with Simple Assault (4 counts), Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment. On 10-06-22, Allen dumped a bottle of urine on a female and her one-year-old child on E Main St. The female does not know Allen and this was an unprovoked incident. A warrant was obtained for Allen and he is in the Clinton County Correctional Facility unable to post bail.
