Arrests:

1.  On 10-17-21, Christopher Santiago, 36, Lock Haven, violated a Protection from Abuse Order.  An arrest warrant was obtained for Santiago which was served on him on 11-15-21. 

2.  On 10-17-21 at 5:39 PM, Douglas Antsen, 53, Lock Haven, was involved in motor vehicle crash in the intersection of Bellefonte Ave and Commerce St.  Antsen was traveling west on Bellefonte Ave and failed to stop for a steady red light striking another vehicle in the intersection.  Antsen fled the scene and was followed by a witness who called 911.  Police were able to find the vehicle and stop Antsen.  Antsen was found to be under the influence of alcohol with a BAC over three times the legal limit.  Antsen has been charged with the following:

            - Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol – General Impairment, Ungraded Misdemeanor

            - Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol – Highest Rate, Ungraded Misdemeanor

            - Accidents Involving Death or Personal Injury, Misdemeanor 1

            - Accidents Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle, Misdemeanor 3

            - Traffic Control Signals, Summary

            - Reckless Driving, Summary

            - One-way Roadways, Summary
