News Release

May 20, 2021

Incidents:

1.  Crash – On 05-19-21 at 6:39 AM, a crash occurred at E Church St and N Grove St.  Jason Smithgall, 30, Lock Haven, was traveling south on N Grove St.  Smithgall proceeded into the intersection without clearance from a stop causing a collision with a vehicle traveling east on E Church St operated by Jennifer Blair, 20, Lock Haven.  Smithgall was issued a citation for the Stop Sign violation.   

Arrests:

1.  April Fahr, 37, Lock Haven, was issued a citation for harassment.  On 05-17-21, Fahr got into an altercation at Hoberman Park and slapped the victim in the face.
