Incidents:

1. Criminal Mischief – On 03-08-22, it was reported that a decorative stone was damaged in the 100 block of W Main St. 

Arrests:

1.  Eric Carbonneau, 39, Lock Haven, has been charged with Access Device Fraud, Theft, and Receiving Stolen Property.  Between 10-01-21 and 10-28-21, Carbonneau used the victim’s debit card to make over $19,000 worth of unauthorized purchases and money withdrawals. 

2.  Robert Bilbay, 27, Lock Haven, is being cited with the City Noise Ordinance for using a megaphone outside to talk about his neighbors.  This incident occurred on 03-02-22 at 9:50 PM in the 100 block of S Jones St.
