News Release

June 16, 2022

Incidents:

1.  Hit and Run -  Between 06-13-22 at 5:30 PM and 06-14-22 at 5:50 AM, someone hit a parked vehicle at 50 Spring St causing damage to the passenger door. 

Offenses Charged:

1.  Ashlyn Zuback, 35, Lock Haven, has been charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.  Between 12-18-21 and 05-05-22, Zuback stole numerous items from Weis Markets.   

2.  Joseph Confer, 23, Bellefonte, is being charged with Criminal Mischief.  On 05-25-22, Confer broke a door and a fish tank in the victim’s apartment causing $162.00 in damage.  This occurred in the 700 block of E Bald Eagle St.

3.  A 17-year-old juvenile, is being charged with DUI, Underage Drinking, and numerous traffic violations.  On 05-28-22 at 9:07 AM, the juvenile was traveling west on Woods Ave and left the roadway, crashing into two parked vehicles.
