Arrests:

1.  Joshua Confer, 32, Lock Haven, is being charged with Forgery, Access Device Fraud, and Theft.  On 02-02-22, Confer stole a check from the victim and wrote it to himself then attempted to deposit it into his own bank account. 

2.  Jason Youells, 39, Renovo, is being charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  On 02-07-22, Youells was taken into custody on a warrant.  At the time of the arrest, Youells had a glass smoking device used to ingest a controlled substance.
