Arrests:

1.  Kimberly Schmidt, 62, Lock Haven, is being charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia.  Probation conducted a house check on Schmidt and she was found in possession of a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine and pills which were not prescribed to her.
