Arrests:

1.  Valerie Schmidtberg, 44, Lock Haven, is being cited with Disorderly Conduct.  On 12-01-21, Schmidtberg was at a business on Bellefonte Ave yelling at the employees and causing a disturbance. 

2.  A 14 yo juvenile is being cited for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct for striking another juvenile six times in the face on 11-14-21.
