News Release

April 22, 2021

Incidents:

1.  Crash – On 04-10-21 at 9:57 AM, a motor vehicle crash occurred at Bellefonte Ave and Commerce St.  Nichole Swartwood, 30, Lock Haven, was traveling west on Bellefonte Ave and did not stop for a steady red light causing a crash with a vehicle driven by David Kaminski, 65, Lock Haven, which was traveling north on Commerce St.  Swartwood will receive a citation for Failure to Stop at a Steady Red Signal. 

2.  Crash – On 04-21-21 at 3:04 PM, a motor vehicle crash occurred at E Church St and N Vesper St.  Carmin McClain, 81, Repton, AL, was traveling east on E Church St. in the right lane.  McClain merged into the left lane when it was not clear to do so and struck a vehicle operated by Kim Merrill, 65, Howard.  McClain will receive a citation for Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.
