Offenses Charged:
1. Kenyata Ricker, 22, Lock Haven, is being charged with Terroristic Threats. On 10-12-22, in the 100 block of Bennage Ave, Rucker got into an argument with a neighbor and threatened said neighbor.
2. Galon Glossner, 43, Lock Haven, has been charged with a PFA violation. On 11-03-22, Glossner went to the residence of the plaintiff of the PFA when Glossner is prohibited from having contact with the plaintiff.
3. Adelaide Linn, 62, Lock Haven and Michael Linn, 71, Lock Haven, have been charged with Retail Theft. Between 01-13-22 and 05-13-22, Adelaide and Michael stole merchandise from Weis Markets by failing to ring up items. This occurred at the Lock Haven and Mill Hall locations. Total amount stolen was $467.10.
4. Harlan Saxon, 21, Jersey Shore, has been charged with Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Harassment, and Public Drunkenness. On 10-29-22, Saxon was at 1 N Henderson St and became involved in an altercation during which Saxon struck the victim multiple times causing injury to the victim.
