November 29, 2021

Incidents:

1. Criminal Mischief – Between 11-24-21 and 11-25-21, someone threw an egg at a door in the 10 block of W Bald Eagle St.

2.  Hit and Run – On 11-27-21 at approximately 6:45 AM, the victim was pulling into a driveway in the 10 block of E Bald Eagle St when they were hit from behind by another vehicle causing minor damage to the victim’s vehicle.  Suspect vehicle is described as an older model four door green car.

3.  Hit and Run – On 11-28-21 at 3:30 PM, the victim was traveling through the intersection of Peach St and S Highland St.  A black Jeep pulled out from a stop sign while traveling north on S Highland St causing the victim to strike the Jeep.  The suspect did not stop as required. 

Arrests:

1.  Terra Maggs, 34, Cogan Station, is being charges with Retail Theft after taking items from the Dollar General on 10-09-21.

2.  Sylvester Simcox, 55, Lock Haven, was taken into custody and charged with Terroristic Threats and Harassment.  On 11-27-21, Simcox struck the victim in the face and threatened to kill the victim while holding a knife.  Simcox remains in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

3.  Patrik Duffey, 28, Lock Haven, has been charged with harassment after he shoved the victim on 11-27-21.
