November 15, 2021

Incidents:

1. Theft from a Motor Vehicle - Victim reported fishing gear was stolen from his vehicle on 11-12-21 between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM in the Save-a-Lot parking lot.

2. Criminal Mischief - Victim reported a tire on his vehicle was damaged in Mary’s Alley between 10-22-21 and 11-12-21.

3. Hit and Run – Victim reported his vehicle as struck in the 400 block of S Highland St on 11-13-21 between 6:00 PM and 6:23 PM. 

4. Simple Assault -  Two victims reported being punched in the 100 block of N Fairview St by unknown suspects. 

5. Hit and Run - On 11-14-21 at 5:30 PM, a pedestrian was struck in the intersection of Bellefonte Ave and Commerce St. The striking vehicle, a dark color SUV, did not stop and fled the scene south on Commerce St then turned Left onto W Bald Eagle St. The pedestrian suffered injuries in the crash and has since been released from the hospital. Anyone with information on the vehicle or driver involved in the crash is asked to contact LHPD at 570-748-2936.

Arrests:

1.  Kristen Coleman, 47, Lock Haven, is being cited with Public Drunkenness and Harassment.  On 11-11-21, Coleman became so intoxicated that she was an endanger to herself and bit a female who was attempting to help her.
