News Release
November 14, 2022
Incidents:
1. Criminal Mischief – On 11-10-22, victim reported their window of a vehicle was broken out between 11-09-22 and 11-10-22 in the 600 block of E Church St.
2. Criminal Mischief – On 11-10-22, victim reported their vehicle window was shot with a BB on 11-09-22 in the 10 block of W Bald Eagle St.
3. Crash - On 11-13-22 at 11:28 PM, a crash occurred on N Fairview St at Akeley Ln. Driver reported they hit a manhole cover that was in the roadway which broke the axel of the vehicle.
Offenses Charged:
1. On 11-11-22 at 5:59 PM, officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 10 block of N Fairview St. It was found that Terry Butler, 47, Lock Haven, hit the victim in the face. Butler was with Harassment. At 7:20 PM, officers were called back to the residence where Butler was throwing items off a second story balcony. Butler was taken into custody and resisted arrested during the incident. Butler was charged with Criminal Mischief (felony 3) and Resisting Arrest. The total estimate of items damaged was over $5000.00. Butler was arraigned by MDJ Maggs and given $2500,00 monetary bail.
