Incidents:

1.  Crash – On 05-22-21 at 6:51 PM, a crash occurred in the 900 block of Bellefonte Ave.  A tire came off a vehicle and struck a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. 

2.  Fraud – On 05-20-21, the victim reported that someone used her information for an unemployment claim.
