Lock Haven City Police

News Release

May 23, 2022

Incidents:

1.  Criminal Mischief – On 05-21-22 between 12:26 AM and 12:55 AM, someone put a substance in a door lock in the 400 block of S Highland St that prevented the lock from opening.

2.  Criminal Mischief – Between 05-21-22 at 8:00 PM and 05-22-22 at 7:30 AM, someone damaged a vehicle parked near W Clinton St and Liberty St.  The rear windshield wiper was ripped off the vehicle and the license plate was bent. 

Arrests:

1.  James Spicer, 27, Lock Haven, was arrested for Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.  On 05-20-22 at 12:40 PM, Spicer stole a package off a porch in the 500 block of E Church St.  Spicer was taken into custody and arraigned on the charges by MDJ Mills and given $10,000 monetary bail.  Spicer remains in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
