March 8, 2021

Incidents:

1.  CRASH – On 03-05-21 at 8:04 PM, a motor vehicle crash occurred at E Water St and N Washington St.  Patricia Bechdel, 69, Lock Haven, was traveling north on N Washington St.  Bechdel pulled into the intersection and was struck by a vehicle traveling east on E Water St operated by Megan Seyler, 29, Mill Hall.  A citation for Duties at Stop Signs is being filed against Bechdel for proceeding into the intersection without clearance.
