News Release

March 22, 2021

Incidents:

1.  CRASH – On 03-20-21 at 10:06 PM, a crash occurred at E Church St and N Grove St.  Diana Gaglione, 19, Scranton, was traveling north on N Grove St.  Gaglione failed to stop for a posted stop sign and struck a vehicle traveling east on E Church St, operated by Jean Bryerton, 68, Lock Haven.  A citation is being filed against Gaglione for failing to stop at the stop sign.    

Arrests: 

1.  On 03-22-21, charges are being filed against Timothy Kunes, 41, Mill Hall, for an incident that occurred on 01-29-21.  Kunes is being charged with DUI of Alcohol and Controlled Substances, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, Public Drunkenness, Reckless Driving, Driving on Roadways Lanes for Traffic, Driving Vehicle as Safe Speed, Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages, and Required Financial Responsibility.  Officers were dispatched to a Hit and Run at Puff’s Express, 328 Bellefonte Ave and the vehicle had turned onto N Fairview St.  While en route, Officers observed a vehicle matching the suspect vehicle traveling north on Susquehanna Ave at a high rate of speed.  The vehicle then crashed into a utility pole.  Kunes was found to be driving under the influence.  Upon further investigation, it was found that Kunes had been inside Puff’s Express, was yelling at customers then kicked the door upon leaving the store causing $886.19 in damage.
