News Release

March 15, 2021

Incidents:

1.  THEFT – On 03-12-21, it was reported that several items were stolen from a vehicle in the 10 block of Williamson Heights between 03-11-21 at 10:30 PM and 03-12-21 at 11:11 AM.  The victim’s tire was also cut. 

2.  CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – On 03-13-21, it was reported that a window was broken in the 100 block of E Main St between 03-12-21 at 10:00 PM and 03-13-21 at 10:00 AM. 

3.  HIT & RUN – On 03-14-21 at 7:36 PM, a vehicle traveling east on E Church St was struck by another vehicle traveling east when the striking vehicle swerved into the victim’s lane.  The striking vehicle left the scene without providing the victim with the required information. 

Arrests: 

1.  CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – A citation for Criminal Mischief was issued to Eric Condo, 33, Lock Haven.  On 02-12-21, Condo kicked in an interior door of a business located in the 10 block of E Park St, causing $368.50 worth of damage. 

2.  STRANGULATION – On 03-14-21 at approximately 0145, Aaron Shilling, 23, Lock Haven, was arrested for Strangulation, Simple Assault, and Harassment for an incident that occurred in the 100 block of E Main St.  Shilling was arraigned by MDJ Mills and given $15,000 unsecured bail.
