Arrests:

1.  Jeffrey Scott Bodewes, 31, Lock Haven, has been charged with Simple Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment.  On 05-31-22 at approximately 6:30 AM, Bodewes struck a six-year-old child multiple times on the buttocks causing significant bruising and also sat on the child’s chest causing difficulty breathing.  The incident was reported to LHPD on 05-31-22 at 5:04 PM.  Bodewes was taken into custody on the date of the incident and arraigned by MDJ Kibler the following morning.  Bail was set at $20,000 unsecured.
