News Release

June 28, 2021

Incidents:

1.  CRASH – On 06-25-21 at 2:57 PM, Thomas Bowes, 39, Howard, was operating a bicycle on Bellefonte Ave and struck a vehicle causing damage.  A citation for Careless Driving is being filed against Bowes. 

2.  CRASH – On 06-25-21 at 8:46 PM, Denea Pearsall, 36, Lock Haven, was operating a vehicle traveling north on North Fairview St.  Pearsall became distracted in her vehicle and struck a parked vehicle causing a chain reaction with three parked vehicles.  A citation for Careless Driving was filed against Pearsall. 

3.  HIT and RUN – On 06-27-21, a mailbox was struck by a vehicle in the 300 block of Pearl St. 

Arrests:

1.  Citations for violation of the City’s Open Container Ordinance are being filed against Jonathan Dunkle, 21, Lock Haven, and Cameron Hill, 21, Mill Hall, for possessing open containers of alcohol on the levee on 06-24-21.
