News Release

July 19, 2021

Incidents:

1.  THEFT – Between 07-17-21 at 8:00 PM and 07-18-21 at 9:40 AM, a bicycle was stolen from the 10 block of E Main St. 

Arrests:

1.  On 05-27-21, a LHPD officer stopped a vehicle for speeding on Woods Ave.  As a result of the stop, Keith Allen Dauberman, 50, Mill Hall, was found to be driving while under the influence of a controlled substance.   Charges for DUI and Speeding are being filed against Dauberman for the incident. 

2.  On 07-09-21, officers had contact with Michael Taylor Kocher, 35, Wilkes Barre.  As a result of an investigation, Kocher was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.  Kocher was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
