News Release

July 12, 2021

Incidents:

1.  HIT and RUN – On 07-05-21 between 8:00 PM and 11:07 PM, a vehicle parked in the 100 block of Maple St was struck.

2.  HIT and RUN – Between 07-09-21 ay 6:00 PM and 07-11-21 at 3:00 AM, a vehicle was struck was parked in the 400 block of S Fairview St. 

Arrests:

1.  On 07-09-21, Jeffrey Foster, 39, Lock Haven, was arrested for Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment following an incident that occurred in the 600 block of Frederick St.  Foster was arraigned by MDJ Kibler and given $2500 bail.  Foster remains in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
