Arrests:

1.  Kathleen Snavely, 27, Lock Haven, and Matthew Snavely, 26, Lock Haven, have both been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  The Snavely’s were guardians of an infant and they failed to seek medical treatment for the child knowing the child had serious injuries.
