News Release

December 12, 2022

Incidents:

1.  Crash - On 12-11-22 at 4:08 PM, a crash occurred a Bellefonte Ave and N Fairview St.  Unit one was on N Fairview St, entered Bellefonte Ave with the intent to turn left and pulled into the path of unit two which was traveling west on Bellefonte Ave.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.  One person was transported for medical treatment with minor injuries.  The driver of unit one is being cited with Duties at Stop Signs. 

Offenses Charged:

1.  Brett Peddigree, 26, Lock Haven, has been charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On 08-15-22, Peddigree reported to court under the influence of controlled substances.  Peddigree was detained by probation and was found to be in possession of controlled substances. 

2.  Kiah Burton, 27, Lock Haven, has been charged with Access Device Fraud and Financial Exploitation of an Older Adult or Care-Dependent Person.  On 11-28-22, Burton took a debit card from the victim whom she was employed to provide homecare for.  Burton used the card to withdraw money from the victim’s bank account without authorization. 

3.  Bobbie Oates, 30, Lock Haven, has been charged with Unauthorized School Bus Entry.  On 12-01-22, Oates got on a school bus and was yelling at the bus driver.  Oates refused to get off the bus when told to do so by the driver. 

4.  Tiffany Hardy, 36, Lock Haven, is being cited with Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.  On 12-10-22, in the 300 block of E Main St, Hardy grabbed the victim by the throat and pushed the victim up against a wall during an argument.
