Offenses Charged:

1. Candace Gibson, 52, Lock Haven, was arrested for DUI. On January 12, 2023, Gibson was involved in an accident in the 500 block of E. Church St. During the accident investigation, Gibson was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
2. Jasmine Hoffman, 22, Lock Haven, was arrested for False Alarms to agencies of Public Safety and False reports to law enforcement. On February 13, 2023, Hoffman reported being involving in a vehicle/pedestrian accident. This cased Fire, EMS, and Police response. Hoffman later reported that she had not been struck by a vehicle.
3. A 15-year-old male from Lock Haven was arrested for Aggravated assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and Curfew for minors. The juvenile refused to return home after being told to by an officer. The juvenile struck the officer when the officer attempted to take him into custody for a curfew violation.
4. Max Barrier, 20, Bellefonte, was cited with Underage Drinking. On March 4, 2023, Barrier was seen urinating in public in the area of 53 N Fairview St. When officers stopped him, he was found to be intoxicated and underage.
5. Garrett Choates, 18, Bellefonte, was cited with Underage Drinking. On March 4, 2023, officers were called to that area of 53 N. Fairview St for an intoxicated, aggressive male. Officers spoke with Choates and found him to be underage and intoxicated.
6. Alexis Metzger, 23, Lancaster, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. On March 5, 2023, officers were called to a residence in the 500 block of W. Church St for Metzger refusing to leave. Metzger continued to yell at the caller even after officers arrived to told her to stop.
7. A 16-year-old male from Lock Haven was arrested for Aggravated assault and simple assault. On March 5, 2023, at 6:16pm, the juvenile attacked another juvenile male on the sidewalk in front of 20 E. Church St, punching the victim nine times to the head and kicking him twice.
