1. 13 year old male was cited with an ordinance violation for riding his bicycle on a sidewalk in the 10 block of E. Main St.
2. Jalen Gorham, 21 year from York, PA, was cited with Retail Theft for stealing a bottle of Casamigos Tequila Blanco from the Fine Wine and Good Spirits Store.
