Offenses Charged:

1.  Travis Kahle, 42, Lock Haven, was arrested for Resisting Arrest, Public Drunkenness, Disorderly Conduct, and Defiant Trespass.  On 09-29-22 at 8:40 PM, police were notified of a disorderly person in the 10 block of N Henderson St.  Kahle was found inside the building of 4 N Henderson St by police.  Kahle was under the influence of alcohol and refused to leave the building even after being told to by police at the request of the property manager.  Kahle was taken into custody and resisted arrest.  Kahle was arraigned in front of MDJ Kibler and was given $15,000 unsecured bail. 

2.  Ashley Beckett, 33, Lock Haven, is being charged with Retail Theft.  Between 07-06-22 and 09-12-22, Beckett failed to ring up items in self-checkout for a total of $294.07 at Weis Markets.
