Arrests:
1. Vanesa Wagner, 37, no address, is being charged with Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. On 02-01-22, the victim gave Wagner $260 to pay the victim’s water bill. Wagner never paid the water bill and kept the money.
2. Jamie Dershem, 32, Lock Haven, and Erik Hinson, 40, Montgomery, are being charged with Harassment (M3) and Disorderly Conduct (M3). On 02-16-22, Dershem and Hinson threatened the victim and Hinson exposed his buttocks to the victim.
3. A 15 year old juvenile is being arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
4. Lori Spicer, 52, Lock Haven, is being charged with Possession of Controlled Substances and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On 03-24-22, Spicer’s residence was searched by probation who found methamphetamine and smoking devices.
5. Eric Dailey, 25, Lock Haven, is being charged with Simple Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a child. Dailey grabbed a three-year-old child’s leg and squeezed it hard enough to leave bruises in the shape of fingers of the child’s leg. Raquel Mulraney, 23, Lock Haven, is also being charged with Endangering the Welfare of a child for failing to report the incident and lying about the incident when questioned by police and Children and Youth Services.
