Incidents:
1. Theft – Between 06-23-22 and 06-27-22, fishing gear was stolen off a porch in the 100 block of N Highland St.
2. Criminal Mischief – On 06-30-22, two tires were flattened in the 600 block of E Bald Eagle St.
Offenses Charged:
1. Jeremy Baney, 26, Lock Haven, was charged with Terroristic Threats and Harassment (2 counts). On 06-26-22 at approximately 4:15 AM, Baney made threats to the victim by leaving the victim voicemails saying he was going to kill the victim’s family. Baney also pushed and spit on the victim. Baney was arraigned on the charges and given $7,500 monetary bail. Baney remains in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
