Arrests:

1.  Connie A Eck, 60, Lock Haven, was issued a citation for harassment for kicking the victim.  The incident occurred on 09-07-21 in the 200 block of E Church St. 

2.  Timothy Kunes, 41, Mill Hall, is being charged with Disorderly Conduct, Operating Watercraft Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance, and Public Drunkenness.  On 08-22-21 at 1:22 AM, Kunes was under the influence of alcohol, operating a paddle boat in the river.   Police, with the assistance of the Lock Haven Fire Department, took Kunes into custody off his boat after it was determined that he was a danger to himself due to his level of intoxication.

3.  On 09-07-21, Bradley Bertin, 46, Lock Haven, was stopped for an expired registration.  Bertin was found to be driving while his license was suspended.  Bertin is being charged with Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended (misdemeanor 3) and Registration & Certificate of Title Required. 

4.  Colton Morlock, 34, Jersey Shore, was charged with a PFA violation on 09-08-21, for making a social media post about the plaintiff in the PFA when Morlock was prohibited from doing so.
