1.   A citation for Disorderly Conduct is being filed against Megan Gentzel, 30, Lock Haven.  On 04-07-21 at 11:17 PM, Gentzel was kicking her neighbor’s door and making an unreasonable amount of noise.  This occurred in the 600 block of E Bald Eagle St.
