Incidents:
On 2/2/23 at approximately 1:00am, a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk was stolen from MacIntyre Chevrolet Lock Haven.
Offenses Charged:
Nicholas Keith, 30, Beach Creek, was charged with DUI. On 12/9/22, Keith was stopped for having an expired vehicle registration in the area of W. Bald Eagle St. During the traffic stop, Keith was found to under the influence of a controlled substance.
John Rickert, 29, Lock Haven was charged with violating a PFA. On 2/5/23, Rickert sent text messages and called a person protected in the PFA.
Christina Goeben, 43, Lock Haven was charged with violating a PFA. On 2/5/23, Goeben asked a third party to relay a message to a person protected in the PFA.
Kasan Johnson-Townsend, 19, Philadelphia was charged with Fleeing or attempting to Elude, Recklessly Endangering another person, DUI, Underage drinking, and other related offenses. On 2/5/23 at approximately 12:30am, Johnson-Townsend led officers on a short pursuit through Lock Haven after officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop for a stop sign violation. Johnson-Townsend placed pedestrians in danger as well as his passengers while attempting to evade police. Johnson-Townsend was also under the influence of alcohol during this incident.
Christina Goeben, 43, Lock Haven was cited with harassment for striking her two roommates during an incident on 2/8/23.
Dylan Young, 30, Lock Haven, was cited with Criminal Mischief. On 2/7/23, Young used a shovel to throw dog feces and rocks at the victim’s car causing damage to the windshield.
Thomas Steele, 53, Lock Haven, was charged with violating a PFA. On 2/11/23, Steele commented on the protected party’s social media page.
Benjamin Ward, 23, Troy, was cited with Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness. On 2/12/23, Ward attempted to enter a residence not belonging to him while he was intoxicated.
