April 5, 2023

Incidents:

Crash – On March 27, 2023, at 4:03 pm, officers responded to a crash at the intersection of E. Water St and N. Henderson St. Unit 1 attempted to turn onto N. Henderson St from E. Water St and was struck by Unit 2. Unit 1 was towed from the scene and the driver of Unit 1 was cited.

Hit and Run – On March 29, 2023 at approximately 4:00pm, a vehicle struck another vehicle in the Weis Market’s parking lot at 315 W. Bald Eagle St. The striking driver fled the scene.

Hit and Run – On March 30, 2023 sometime between 7:30am and 3:00pm, a vehicle that was parked on N. Washington St was sideswiped.

Criminal Mischief – On March 31, 2023 at approximately 5:30pm, two unknown juveniles shot the caller’s vehicle with an orby gun.

Crash – On April 1, 2023 at 9:15am, Unit 1 was backing out a space in the McDonald’s parking lot at 423 Bellefonte Ave when Unit 2 was pulling into the parking lot. Both vehicles were drivable.

Crash – On April 1, 2023 at 10:48am, Unit 1 was backing out of a parking space in the McDonald’s parking lot at 423 Bellefonte Ave. In an attempt to avoid being struck, Unit 2, who was in the drive-thru, attempted to back up but backed into Unit 3. All vehicles were drivable.

Hit and Run – Between April 1, 2023 at approximately 10:00pm and April 2, 2023 at approximately 10:00am, a vehicle parked in the 300 block of W. Fourth St was struck.

Crash – On April 2, 2023 at 4:58pm, the driver of Unit 1 pulled into a gas pump at the 7-11, 840 Bellefonte Ave. The drive put the vehicle in park and got out. Due to a mechanical failure, the vehicle then drifted out of the parking lot and into the parking lot of Murray Motors stopping onto of a retaining wall.


Offenses Charged:

  1. A 16-year-old male from Beach Creek was charged with Simple Assault. On January 23, 2023 the 16-year-old male got into a fight with a 14-year-old male in the area of Weis Markets, 315 W. Bald Eagle St. The 14 year old male sustained injuries to his head and face.
  2. A 12-year-old male from Lock Haven was cited for Criminal Mischief for intentionally breaking the victim’s phone, valued at $39.88. This occurred at Hoberman playground, 251 E. Park St.
  3. Bradley Bilbay, 24, Lock Haven was charged with DUI. On March 21, 2023 at 11:01pm, officers responded to a road rage incident where Bilbay had chased the caller from Uncle Albert’s bar to Mill Hall and back to City Hall. Bilbay was found to be intoxicated during this incident.
  4. A 15-year-old female was cited with Disorderly conduct. On March 26, 2023, at approximately 5:40pm, the 15-year-old female started a fight with two other juvenile females in the area of the skate park, 145 Prospect St.
  5. A 16-year-old female was cited with Harassment. On March 29, 2023, at approximately 3:00pm, the 16-year-old female punched the adult victim in the face in the 100 block of Commerce St.
  6. William Hughes, 35, Lock Haven, was arrested for Burglary, Defiant Trespass, and Theft. On April 1, 2023, at approximately 2:50pm, Hughes entered a residence in the 900 block of Bellefonte Ave, that he had been previous trespassed from and drank three alcoholic beverages, he was not privileged to take.
  7. Laura Mikitko, 37, Mill Hall was cited with Disorderly Conduct, Harassment and Public Drunkenness. On April 3, 2023, at approximately 6:30pm, Mikitko while under the influence of alcohol was in a yard in the 10 block of W. Bald Eagle St yelling profanities and threw a glass liquor bottle at the victim.
  8. Vadim Heverly, 34, Lock Haven, was cited with Disorderly Conduct. On April 3, 2023, at approximately 6:30pm, Heverly got into a verbal altercation with the victim in the 10 block of W. Bald Eagle St.
