Incidents:
Hit and Run – On April 15, 2023, between 12:30pm and 4:15pm, a vehicle which was parked at 1 Piper Way was struck by another vehicle leaving damage.
Criminal Mischief – On April 16, 2023, a stop sign from Mary’s Alley at W. Church St was located in the 10 block of Fourth St.
Offenses Charged:
- Zeth Holden Keller, 23, Altoona, was charged with DUI and related offenses. On March 17, 2023, Keller was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the 200 block of N. Grove St. Keller was found to be under the influence of alcohol, had a suspended driver’s license and had an open container of alcoholic beverages in the vehicle.
- A 14-year-old male was cited for violating the city ordinance of discharging an air rifle or similar device within the City Limits. On April 6, 2023, the 14-year-old male was shooting a Splatrball gun at a house and vehicles in the City.
- Two 15-year-old females were cited with underage drinking. On April 8, 2023, officers were responded to a residence in the 100 block of Mill St for two 15-year-old females intoxicated at the residence.
- Brian Gallagher, 55, Lock Haven, was cited with harassment. On April 8, 2023, Gallagher was involved in an argument with the victim over a vehicle. Gallagher pushed the victim during the argument.
- Aubrey Gillespie, 35, Lock Haven, was cited with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, and Criminal Trespass. On April 15, 2023, Gillespie was asked to leave 309 N. Grove St multiple times and as she left, she began kicking and flailing her legs, hitting an antique coat rack damaging it.
