2/7/23 Criminal Mischief

Dylan Young, 30, of Lock Haven was cited for Criminal Mischief for allegedly throwing dog feces and rocks onto the victim’s vehicle causing damage to the victim’s windshield.

2/9/23 Theft

A theft of gasoline was reported in the 300 block of East Main Street. It is believed between 2/8/23 and 2/9/23 someone siphoned gasoline from the victim’s vehicle.

2/11/23 PFA Violation

Thomas W. Steele, 53, of Lock Haven was arrested for violating a Protection from Abuse order issued by the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas. Steele violated the order by having contact with the victim in violation of the order.

2/11//23 Vehicle Accident

Officers were called to Bellefonte Avenue near Commerce Street for a motor vehicle accident. On scene it was found that Jacob Miller, 21, of Beech Creek experienced mechanical issues with his 2000 Ford Truck and rear ended a 2004 Dodge truck operated by Shannon Barner , 45, of Mill Hall. There were no injuries reported.

2/12/23 Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct

Benjamin Ward, 23, of Troy PA was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after officers were called to the 20 block of North Jones Street on 2/12/23 at approximately 1:30 a.m. for Ward trying to enter a residence that wasn’t his. Officers found Ward highly intoxicated, and EMS was requested.
