Arrests:

1.  On 12-23-21, Ja’Neva Askey, 24, Lock Haven, was operating a vehicle and got it stuck on a curb.  When officers responded, they found Askey to be under the influence of a controlled substance.  Askey is being charged with Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.  The incident occurred in the 10 block of W Bald Eagle St. 

2.  On 01-19-22, Charles James, 59, no known address, was arrested for Retail Theft for stealing alcohol from the Wine & Spirits store.
