On June 9, 2025, during patrol, Lock Haven City Police observed a violation of the Lock Haven City Grass/Weeds ordinance at 325 East Church Street. A certified letter was mailed to the property owner giving notice of the violation, being that the grass and weeds were exceeding 8 inches. 

On July 15, 2025, July 28, 2025, and July 30, 2025, the property was observed with no change in the vegetative growth. The property owner was cited on all three dates, with summary citations being filed with MDJ Kibler's office.
