On July 21, 2025, at approximately 4:43 PM, officers were dispatched to the Clinton County Probation office for a report of fake urine being used for a drug screening. Officers were provided with a device used to provide a fake urine sample which was attempted to be used by Shaun Wadsworth. Wadsworth admitted to possessing the device in an attempt to obscure having a positive drug test. Wadsworth was charged with Title 18, Section 7509b - Furnishing Drug-Free Urine.
