On June 16, 2025, at approximately 9:48 PM, officers were dispatched to the area of 740 East Bald Eagle Street, building 14, for the report of injuries sustained in an assault. Through investigation, it was found that a physical altercation between Damion King and a 17 year-old juvenile had occurred. During that altercation, Mikayla Polk joined in the altercation while also holding an infant. King and the 17 year-old juvenile were both given summary citations for Disorderly Conduct; Polk was charged with Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Disorderly Conduct.
