Jackson Bound Over For Trial Following Preliminary Hearing



LOCK HAVEN - Jamie Lynne Jackson has requested a full preliminary hearing on homicide charges for the death of 9 year old Anson Landon Mitchell Stover.  The hearing was scheduled for January 21, 2021 at 1:00PM at Magisterial District Judge Keith Kibler's Office at 301 Frederick Street in Lock Haven.  Although the Clinton County Courts remain subject to a Judicial Emergency Order in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Jackson's preliminary hearing is scheduled to be conducted in-person with restricted access to the courtroom.  


At a preliminary hearing held today, January 21, 2021,  in the Clinton County Court House, Magisterial District Judge Keith Kibler bound all charges against the defendant, Jamie Jackson, over to the Court of Common Pleas for trial.
